Summary of Role

To provide inspirational leadership, drive and strategic vision for your team. To manage delivery of work through strong interpersonal skills, planning and organisational abilities, critical thinking and innovation.

You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a culture of thinking, challenging and innovation, both within your team and within the agency as a whole. You should be professional, challenging, inspirational, supportive and motivational to your team, the agency, and clients in accordance with the company’s values.

Role

Branded3 aims to help and support our clients by creating engaging and effective search solutions that fuel business growth. You must strive to:

  • Be up-to-date on best industry practice and regulations in the PPC and Paid Social industry.
  • Display a passion for creativity and innovation, and always strive to produce ground-breaking work for our clients’.
  • Educate your team on processes and procedures including scoping, SLAs, briefs and QA measures.
  • Continuously push boundaries within the PPC / Paid Social market, having a full understanding of tools and technology which can support client development.
  • Work with and educate your team to deliver market leading PPC, Paid Social and shopping campaigns across multiple engines.
  • Drive yourself and your team to be the best in the industry, generating a culture of pro-activity and continuous improvement.
  • Quality assure campaigns which are being ran by your team to ensure work is executed by junior team members to the right quality standards, on time.
  • Work with clients’ on a day to basis to deliver market leading client service and campaign activation.
  • Help the company to grow through efficient delivery of your service and retention of clients’.
  • Be able to sell innovative ideas to clients’ in a confident and convincing manner.

Responsibilities

Team management responsibilities

As a manager at Branded3 you’d be responsible for:

  • Managing the career development of your team by holding regular staff reviews where you set measurable objectives.
  • Monitoring team workload and resource requirements. You’ll supervise their work to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Overall responsibility for the timely delivery of your team’s work, putting workflows and quality assurance processes in place where appropriate.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team efficiency, costs and other performance indicators.
  • Conducting skills gap analyses and ensuring your team gets appropriate training.
  • Providing accurate time quotes for, and breakdowns of, activity.
  • Actively contributing to briefs, project plans, and client strategy meetings.
  • Leading recruitment initiatives for your department and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with business policies within your team, including health and safety and data security policies.
  • Building motivation and promoting team spirit, both between your staff and the rest of the agency.
  • Getting hands-on with project work when required

Commerciality

It is your responsibility to manage the efficient delivery of work from your team:

  • Promote and grow your service offering both inside and outside the business.
  • Ensure that work is delivered to agreed client budgets.
  • Identify risks to profitability and delivery to deadlines.
  • Implement appropriate risk mitigation processes to ensure profitability of work.
  • Regularly review quotes against performance to ensure appropriate margins on work.
  • Keep up to date with time sheets and expenses claims.
